OUR MISSION

Sistema Rinnovabili is a renewable utility, building and operating the most technologically advanced and environmentally compliant solar energy generation plants in the industry.

The Company is active both in the acquisition of operational plants and the development, construction and operation of large-scale photovoltaic projects leveraging the experience of its management team.

Today our capacity is 42 MWp which we expect to increase ten-fold over the next 5 years.

Today we own 42 plants throughout Italy, a number we expect to grow to 100 over the next 5 years.

Today we produce electricity equivalent to the demands of about 20.000 families with a saving of 30.000 tons of Co2 per year. We plan to reach 380,000 tons of Co2 saving yearly.

SOURCING and M&A

Scouting for development and acquisition opportunities through technical and regulatory expertise supported by knowledge of the energy market and territory.

DEVELOPMENT

Management of authorisation procedures, combined with high-level design and risk assessment.

CONSTRUCTION

Negotiation and management of EPCs, contracting with offtakers and banks to allow the construction of authorised projects at minimum risk.

MANAGEMENT

Experienced Asset Management and Operations and Maintenance activities through remote monitoring and advanced management systems to maximize performance.
